Exercise, Nutrition and Stress Management

The following checklist is taken from The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Handbook by Stephen Covey.

The answers you give to these questions can help you find the areas you need to work on in your life.

Let your conscience guide you as you work through this checklist. Being self-aware will provide an assurance that the renewal plan you come up with will be right for you.

Check only the items to which you can truthfully answer yes.

I stay informed and current on both health and fitness information.

I exercise twenty to thirty minutes at least three times a week.

I am fully aware of my need for vitamins and minerals.

I increase or maintain a strength programme.

I include cardiovascular and flexibility activities in my exercises.

I get the proper amount of sleep.

I rest or relax when my body needs it.

I eat junk food less than twice a week.

I have an effective, positive way of dealing with stress.

I centre my diet on a researched plan that fits my needs and goals.
